Shipping charges

Netherlands	â‚€6.95; free from a qualifying order total of â‚€55
Belgium, Germany and other supported EU destinations	â‚€12.95
Supported destinations outside the EU	â‚€19.95

The qualifying total for free shipping is calculated in checkout after applicable discounts. Available services and the final shipping charge are displayed before payment. Destination availability is confirmed in checkout.

Processing and delivery estimates

We normally process orders within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation. Weekends and public holidays are excluded. Transit estimates below start after dispatch, so allow processing time in addition.

These are estimates, not guaranteed delivery dates. For a time-sensitive order or a destination outside the EU, contact us before ordering for an estimate. Courier delays may occur; this does not limit your statutory rights relating to delivery.

Tracking

A dispatch confirmation is sent by email with tracking information where available. If you have not received dispatch information within 3 business days, contact us.

Incorrect addresses, loss or damage

Check your address before payment and contact us promptly if you notice an error. If a shipment is delayed, missing, damaged or incorrect, contact DG WAVES. We will investigate with the carrier and arrange the remedy required by applicable law. We remain responsible for delivery until you or a person you designate receives the goods, except where applicable law provides otherwise.

Orders outside the EU

Customs duties, import taxes and local fees may apply outside the EU. They are not included unless expressly shown as included at checkout. Contact us before purchase if you need clarification.
