14-day statutory right of withdrawal

If you purchase as a consumer, you may withdraw from your online purchase without giving a reason within 14 days after the day you receive your goods. Where an order is delivered in separate parts, the period starts after receipt of the last item. You may also cancel before delivery. Mandatory consumer protections in your country remain unaffected.

How to withdraw

Clearly state that you wish to withdraw and provide your name and enough order information for us to identify the purchase. An order number is helpful. A reason is optional. Prior approval is not required to exercise your statutory right.

Sending your goods back

Send the goods back within 14 days after notifying us of withdrawal. Return address: DG WAVES, Praam 260, 1186 TP Amstelveen, Netherlands. Pack securely, include the supplied accessories and keep proof of dispatch. Original packaging is appreciated but is not a condition of statutory withdrawal. You may inspect the product as you would in a shop. Handling beyond what is necessary to establish its nature, characteristics and functioning may result in a deduction for the resulting loss of value, where legally permitted; it does not automatically remove your right to withdraw.

Return costs

You pay the direct return postage costs for a change-of-mind return. These depend on your chosen carrier; no separate restocking fee applies. If the product is defective, damaged on arrival or incorrect, contact us so we can arrange a remedy and cover necessary return costs. Do not pay for return shipping for such an issue before contacting us.

Refunds for statutory withdrawal

We refund payments within 14 days after being informed of withdrawal. We may withhold the refund until we receive the goods or evidence that they have been sent back, whichever comes first. Refunds use the original payment method, unless you expressly agree otherwise, without refund fees. When you withdraw from the whole order, we also refund the cost of our least expensive standard outbound delivery option. Extra costs for a more expensive delivery service are not refunded. For a partial return, outbound delivery charges need not be refunded where those charges would have applied to the items retained. Bank processing time may affect when the credit appears.

Our voluntary 30-day return offer

In addition to statutory withdrawal, you may notify us of a change-of-mind return within 30 days after receiving the product and send it back within 14 days of that notification. For requests after the statutory withdrawal period, the product must be unused apart from inspection, undamaged, with all accessories and its original packaging. You pay return postage; original outbound delivery charges are not refunded under this additional offer. We process eligible refunds within 14 days after receiving and checking the return. These additional conditions do not apply to or restrict statutory withdrawal or remedies for faulty goods.

Defective, damaged or incorrect goods

Tell us about a problem as soon as reasonably possible. Photos can help but are not a condition of your statutory rights. There is no 48-hour cutoff. Depending on the circumstances and applicable law, you may be entitled to free repair or replacement, a price reduction or a refund. Statutory protection remains separate from any commercial warranty.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. Return the original item under the applicable conditions and place a new order.
