How do I install the DG-WAVES Key Safe? +
The key safe is designed for wall-mounted installation. Use the supplied mounting hardware to securely fix it to a suitable solid surface. Always make sure the key safe is firmly secured before use.
How do I set or change the combination code? +
Follow the instructions supplied with your key safe to set your personal 4-digit combination. When changing the code, keep the key safe open until you have tested the new combination successfully.
Can the key safe be used outdoors? +
Yes. The DG-WAVES Key Safe is designed for everyday outdoor use. For best long-term performance, install it in a suitable location and avoid unnecessary prolonged exposure to extreme conditions.
What size keys fit inside? +
The internal space is approximately 6.5 cm high, 8 cm wide and 4 cm deep. Measure your largest key or key bundle before ordering to make sure it will fit comfortably.
What is the return period? +
You have 14 days after receiving your order to tell us that you wish to withdraw from your purchase. Please see our return and refund policy for the full conditions and return instructions.
