- Choose a sound, accessible wall and check for concealed pipes or wiring before drilling.
- Open your unit using the supplied instructions. Hold it level and mark its mounting holes.
- Use the fixings supplied only if suitable for the wall. Select appropriate wall anchors for other surfaces; seek qualified help if unsure.
- Follow the supplied installation instructions, secure the unit, and check that it is firmly mounted and the door moves freely.
For model-specific help, email a photo of your unit and the supplied instructions to dgwavesinfo@gmail.com. An installation video is not currently available.
Set or change your combination
- Open the safe using the current combination and keep the door open.
- Follow the reset instructions supplied with your specific unit. Do not force the mechanism.
- Select your new four-digit code and return the reset mechanism to its normal position as instructed.
- Test the new code several times with the door open before closing it.
Keep your code private and securely recorded. If your unit differs from the instructions, contact us before closing it.
Size, fit and outdoor use
Published internal dimensions are approximately 6.5 cm high × 8 cm wide × 4 cm deep. Measure your keys and allow clearance for the lock and door. For a large fob or exact-fit requirement, contact us before ordering. Follow the supplied care instructions; avoid locations exposed to prolonged standing water.
Warranty support
One-year DG-WAVES commercial warranty against manufacturing and material defects under normal use. Statutory consumer rights remain unaffected and may last longer. Any stronger warranty promised on an earlier order remains valid.
Email your order number and a description of the issue. Photos can help diagnosis. There is no 48-hour cutoff for reporting a defect.
Shipping rates and delivery
Netherlands: €6.95, free from €55 qualifying order value after discounts. Belgium, Germany and other supported EU destinations: €12.95. Supported destinations outside the EU: €19.95. Checkout confirms destination availability and the final charge.
Processing: 1–2 business days. Estimated transit after dispatch: Netherlands 1–5 business days; Belgium and Germany 2–5 business days; other supported EU destinations 3–7 business days. Contact us for other destinations.

How do I install the DG-WAVES Key Safe? +
The key safe is designed for wall-mounted installation. Use the supplied mounting hardware to securely fix it to a suitable solid surface. Always make sure the key safe is firmly secured before use.
How do I set or change the combination code? +
Follow the instructions supplied with your key safe to set your personal 4-digit combination. When changing the code, keep the key safe open until you have tested the new combination successfully.
Can the key safe be used outdoors? +
Yes. The DG-WAVES Key Safe is designed for everyday outdoor use. For best long-term performance, install it in a suitable location and avoid unnecessary prolonged exposure to extreme conditions.
What size keys fit inside? +
The internal space is approximately 6.5 cm high, 8 cm wide and 4 cm deep. Measure your largest key or key bundle before ordering to make sure it will fit comfortably.
What is the return period? +
You have a statutory 14-day withdrawal right. Our additional voluntary offer allows return requests within 30 days of receipt, subject to extra conditions. See our return policy for full details.
