At DG-WAVES, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with your order, we're here to help.

30-Day Return Policy

You may return your item within 30 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return:

• The item must be unused or only tested to inspect it.
• The item must be returned in its original packaging.
• All included accessories and mounting hardware must be returned.
• The product must not be damaged due to misuse or improper installation.

How to Start a Return

• Your full name
• The reason for your return
• Photos if the item is damaged or defective

We'll provide you with the return instructions.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we'll notify you of the outcome.

If your return is approved:

• Your refund will be processed to your original payment method.
• Refunds are typically completed within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless:

• You received the wrong product.
• The product arrived damaged.
• The product is defective.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Include clear photos of:

• The product
• The packaging
• Any visible damage

We'll work quickly to resolve the issue by offering a replacement or refund where appropriate.

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges.

If you'd like a different colour or product, please return your original item and place a new order.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns for items that have been intentionally damaged, modified, or used in a way that goes beyond what is necessary to inspect the product.

Return Shipping

Unless the return is due to our error or a defective product, customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.

We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we cannot be responsible for returns lost during transit.

Right of Withdrawal (EU Customers)

If you are purchasing as a consumer within the European Union, you have the legal right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without giving a reason.

After informing us of your decision to withdraw, you have an additional 14 days to return the product.

The product must be returned in accordance with the conditions described above.
