How do I install the DG-WAVES Key Safe? +
Installation is straightforward and typically takes around 10–15 minutes. Mount the key safe securely to a suitable solid surface using the supplied fixing points and follow the installation instructions provided with your product.
How do I set or change the combination code? +
Open the key safe using the current combination, move the reset mechanism to the reset position, choose your new code and return the reset mechanism to its original position. Always test the new code with the door open before locking the safe.
Can the key safe be used outdoors? +
The DG-WAVES Key Safe is designed for outdoor use. For the best long-term performance, install it in a suitable location and follow the care and installation guidance supplied with the product.
What size keys fit inside? +
The internal space is approximately 6.5 cm high, 8 cm wide and 4 cm deep. Measure your largest key or key bundle before ordering to make sure it will fit comfortably.
What is the return period? +
